Individuals sometimes say that dogs love humans without conditions, which leads such people to believe that dogs continue to seek human company, care, and warmth, even after being hit, abused, neglected, and harmed by us. This is because people sometimes say that dogs love humans without conditions.
Even after going through a difficult period with us, dogs can forgive, forget, and love us once more. This does not mean that dogs love everyone without conditions, but it does mean that they have the strength to do so.
Everyone is affected by suffering and melancholy. Therefore, why not dogs? Dogs can recover from adversity, provided that their owners give them the opportunity and assistance necessary to do so.
Dogs, like humans, can comprehend when their masters return home after being gone for an extended period. They are reacting by crying, passing out, and sometimes appearing to chuckle at what is happening to them.
“There is no question in anyone’s mind that dogs have distinct memories. They are aware of individual characteristics. That connection of caring, love, and affection contains great weight and significance. A dog will likely go through a period of sorrow if the person who cares for it leaves for an extended period. Because the person can’t say things like, “I will be back in two weeks,” it’s a loss—and it’s an unpredictable loss. — Marc Bekoff, one of the co-founders of the organization called Ethologists for the Ethical Treatment of Animals
